From initial concept through to volume manufacture, DP Seals works closely with its customers to develop the seals, glands and boots that are fundamental to the operation of today's highly innovative aircraft systems. Specially formulated rubber polymers can be developed to ensure high tensile strength, fuel and oil tolerance, and effectiveness at the low pressures and low temperatures intrinsic to aerospace environments.

Working hand-in-hand with design engineers, we provide advice on materials and performance to help ensure products meet specification.
